Celfocus Reinforces Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion
Celfocus has just joined the Commitment to Inclusion, an initiative led by the Inclusive Community Forum (ICF) at Nova School of Business and Economics (Nova SBE).

Celfocus thus reinforces its commitment to promoting the recruitment of people with disabilities, recognising the social and economic value of this inclusion, not only for the company but for society.

This initiative is part of a series of planned actions to ensure Diversity and Inclusion within the organisational structure of the company. Moreover, it reflects Celfocus's ongoing commitment to developing a corporate culture that values all forms of diversity.

The Inclusive Community Forum (ICF) is aninitiative of Nova SBE dedicated to the lives of people with disabilities, aiming to promote a more inclusive community. It seeks to build a network comprising all those involved in the lives of these individuals, challengingthem to take an active role in co-creating solutions.

By working on themes that consistently centre on the inclusion of people with disabilities in the community, the ICF focuses on employability and education.
